Letter from Association to USCM Chair Greg Fischer | February 18th, 2021
Vice President of State Affairs at the National Restaurant Association Mike Whatley sent a letter to National Governor Chair Andrew Cuomo with recommendations on state government action to the help restaurants through the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Third-Party Delivery Principles | December 16th, 2020The National Restaurant Association released public policy principles on third-party delivery. These Principles, which center around permission and transparency, define best practices for third-party delivery to guide lawmakers in developing public policy and are an important first step in an ongoing dialogue between restaurants and third-party delivery companies.

Expansion of Restaurant Off-Premise Alcohol Sales
During COVID-19, many state and local governments expanded the ability of restaurants to sell alcohol for off-premise consumption (to-go and delivery). As many of these regulations are being extended, the National Restaurant Association team will be tracking them with this resource.
